The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 apply to all construction projects. Planning Supervisor (Link) We can act on behalf of the Client to ensure that the CDM regulations are complied with and that their Legal Obligations under the Act are adhered to. Health and Safety Plans (Link) Clarion Consulting can formulate Health and Safety Plans and compile the Health & Safety File for Contractor and Developers as required under the Regulations. We can submit paperwork to the HSE and provide Health and Safety guidance.
