Inspections of properties may be required to determine their current condition and both immediate and future maintenance requirements.  If regular maintenance is not undertaken then defects can develop leading to damage and increased and additional repair costs. Planned and Cyclical Maintenance We can carry out the initial inspections and provide a report detailing the maintenance cycle of the property. Clarion Consulting will also specify and manage the works providing a schedule of completion to the Client to enter into their database.  If required, we can manage cyclical works for properties to ensure that regular maintenance is carried out when required. Clarion Consulting can also act as a 'one-stop-shop' to ensure that maintenance is correctly specified and carried out.
