Clarion Consulting operate a full Employer's Agent service for Design and Build Projects. Employer's Agent We will undertake initial cost, quality and time negotiations with the Developer at Pre-Contract stage, agree the Contract and project manage the development to completion up to and including the End of Defects period. The Client will be kept fully involved and informed of all developments during the Contract stage and our emphasis is on the production of quality developments and the reduction of defects. The Practice is fully conversant with the Scheme Development Standards, Wheelchair Design Guides, Housing Quality Indicators, EcoHomes Standards and other statutory and funding requirements.
