The feasibility stage of a project is very important as it allows the project to be assessed at an early stage and the potential design and cost explored.  A thorough Feasibility Study can prevent abortive costs and unnecessary design time. Feasibility Studies We can carry out Feasibility Studies based on both cost and design, providing sketch plans and an estimation of build costs for new build, extension and alteration projects. The studies can then be used to assess the project and to undertake consultation with the Statutory Authorities and other interested parties. The studies can also be used as a basis for a partnering programme with a Contractor or by a Developer to assess the potential of a project.
