Planning Applications are normally required before any alterations are made to a property, although there are some exceptions which are allowed under Permitted Development Rights. Planning Applications We can design new build, conversions and extensions and submit all the drawn and written documentation that is required for a Planning Application.  Clarion Consulting offers a design service (including 3d rendering) that fully involves the Client and allows for changes to be made to a design to suit exact requirements. We will liaise with the Planning Department to assess the possibilities of the scheme and submit supporting statements and justification where required.
