Condition Surveys are likely to be required by a landlord at the beginning of a Lease to ensure that the condition of a property is recorded so that any damage can be repaired at the end of the Lease. Stock Condition Surveys are often required to assess the condition of a landlord's stock, either for scheduling repairs and maintenance or for remortgaging purposes. Condition Surveys and Stock Condition Surveys Clarion Consulting will undertake Schedules of Condition and Stock Condition Surveys with a very quick turnaround and on a format that has been agreed with the Client. We will agree the level of detail and the emphasis of the report prior to undertaking the inspections to ensure that the Client's requirements are met.
